Why it matters

The photos last forever.

It's one of the only days everyone you love is in the same room, all together, all looking at you.

You'll remember how you looked and felt in your dress far more than the cutlery you picked or the flowers that only last a few hours. Those photos will be on your walls, in your albums and on your phone for the rest of your life.

Bridal Bootcamp is about making sure you love every single one of them.

"We just got our professional wedding photos back and I am in love with every single one, and I owe so much of that to you and your support. I've never felt so good about myself and my body as I did in my wedding dress."Ally M., bride

Sound familiar?

This is for you if...

The mistake most brides make

Losing weight won't make you look good in your dress. Building muscle will.

Most brides wait until the last minute, then panic. They starve themselves, cut carbs, live on cardio and obsess over the number on the scale.

Sure, the scale might go down. But you lose muscle right along with the fat, so you end up smaller but still soft. Arms that jiggle in a strapless dress. A back with no shape in that open-back gown. Tired, hungry and snapping at your fiancé the week of the wedding.

Skinny-flabby is not the bridal look.

What you actually want is a body recomposition: building lean muscle while you lose fat. That's what makes you look tighter, leaner and more defined in your dress, even at the same weight. Muscle is what gives you sculpted arms, a snatched waist and a back worth showing off.

That's exactly what Bridal Bootcamp is built around, in about 3 hours a week.

Sculpted arms and shoulders

Defined, strong arms you won't think twice about in photos, during your first dance or when you're hugging every guest.

A snatched waist, without starving yourself

Body recomposition built on the right plan and the right food, so you're lean, energized and actually enjoy your wedding food.

Questions

Bridal FAQ

How far out from my wedding should I start?

Anywhere from 3 months to over a year out. The more time you have, the better, because it lets us build real, lasting results without rushing.

Do I have to starve myself?

No. You'll eat real food, with exactly what to eat set by a registered dietitian. The goal is to feel strong and energized on your wedding day, not starving.

How much time does it take?

About 3 hours a week. Your plan is built around your schedule, so it fits next to work and wedding planning.

Will lifting make me bulky?

No. Your training is designed to sculpt and tone, especially your back, arms, shoulders and waist, so you look strong and defined in your dress.

Do I need a gym?

Your workouts are built around the equipment you have, whether that's a full gym or a home setup.
